Sydney Zavolta - Workplace Design

This is a design of a personalized workspace in SketchUp. I was given a pre-existing building that needed to be turned into a workplace including different amenities. The space needed a private office for the manager, a workspace for two employees, a meeting area, a reception and waiting area that included a kitchenette for guests as well as space for a material library. As this was a small design, I combined certain spaces to maximize functionality. On the mezzanine level is the private office space while the employee's workspace is underneath the mezzanine and has the material library built in as well as whiteboard walls that are magnetic for a pin-up and free-design space. I also rendered some perspective and section views in Adobe Photoshop to assist in visuals before putting the design into Enscaspe. I also included video walkthroughs of both floors
